Abstract: The authors studied the influence of various predictors on the development of complications arising after radical cystectomy in 182 patients. Bacteriological monitoring demonstrated a high level of infection of the abdominal cavity after RC (54.4%). After RC in 98 (53.8%) patients, the development of various complications in the Clavien system was recorded. The most frequent categories of complications were gastrointestinal (26.9%) and infectious (25.8%). The development of complications is affected by anemia before surgery, body weight deficiency, intraoperative blood loss intraabdominal infection.
