Editors and reviewers must maintain strict confidentiality regarding submitted manuscripts and may not disclose any information to individuals other than the authors. Additionally, they must not use unpublished research for personal or professional gain. Reviewers' identities remain confidential, and their comments are not published.

Author Responsibilities

They must adhere to ethical guidelines set forth by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
