Novel Techniques in Nutrition and Food Science (NTNF) is an international, double blind peer-reviewed journal offering accessible and comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage along with nutritional research, clinical nutrition, animal nutrition and the basic science of nutrition. The nutritional information is gathered by performing well-controlled clinical studies that describe scientific mechanisms, efficacy and safety of dietary interventions in the context of disease prevention or a health benefit.
