Abstract

In this brief paper, we provide an important calculation on the underlying mathematics that led to a system which is chaotic to evolve into order. We make use of a previous paper that shows the life began 1.75 BYA. Ther Cusack Universal Evolution Constant is the area under the Mass-time curve M=Ln t=1.602. This is the charge on an electron Q.
