Dr. Wen-Cheng Lai has been working in the field of radio frequency circuits, analog IC integrated design, microwave antenna, computer and communication, artificial intelligence for more than 25 years. He has authored/ coauthored more than 250 SCI indexed journals and IEEE conference/ EI papers. He edited more than 20 SCI indexed journals. He received the Ph.D. degree from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. He is professor at the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan

Research Interest

Francisco Torrens is lecturer in physical chemistry at the Universitat de Val�ncia. After obtaining a PhD in molecular associations in azines and macrocycles from the Universitat de Val�ncia, Dr. Torrens undertook postdoctoral research with Professor Rivail at the Universit� de Nancy I. More recently, Dr. Torrens has collaborated on projects with Professors Tom�s-Vert, Salgado and Castellano. Major research projects include prediction of the environmental impact of chemical substances using chemobioinformatics tools, discovery of new inhibitors of tyrosinase: computational design, synthesis, characterization and experimental corroboration, search for new antimicrobial agents that inhibit the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall, minimal active domains of proteins of the Bcl 2 family, development and application of quantum chemistry methods and techniques to studies of drugs, analysis of pores of BAX at nanometric scale and study of the in vivo antioxidant capacity of phenolic compounds through QSAR/QSPR modelling: crossing of the blood-brain barrier and interactions with cytochromes and drugs. His scientific accomplishments include the first implementation in a computer at the Universitat de Val�ncia of a program for the elucidation of crystallographic structures and the construction of the first computational-chemistry program adapted to a vector-facility supercomputer in a Spanish university.

Summarizing the last 35 years, contribution topics are as follows: (i) Power converter as the backbone technological solutions for the modern power systems (supported in fossil and renewable energy sources RES) implementing, (ii) Energy quality for sustainable societies, (iii) Management of pre-implementation results using simulation modeling, control, and monitoring techniques to solve real problems, (v) PLC, Industrial Networks, CAN Networks, PIC Microcontrollers. 2016- Annual Cuban Academy of Sciences, in technical science category grants for: "Long term monitoring techniques to renewable and conventional power plants". 2017- Annual acknowledges from the Cuban Ministry of Higher Education grants for: Relevant work in Science and Technology ”. 1994- National Forum on Science and Technology grants for: “Developing a Computerized seismic-telemetric system to seismological applied research”. 1991 Annual acknowledges from the Cuban Ministry of Communications grants for: “Introducing the Seismic Telemetry in Cuba”. Research Interest

Anle Mu is a professor at Xian University of Technology in China, with over 20 years of experience in teaching and research. He obtained his BEng from Xidian University in 1988, MEng from Xian Jiaotong University in 1993, and PhD from Xian University of Technology in 2008, all in mechanical engineering. His main research interests include machine learning for rehabilitation robotics, image analysis for waste identification, offshore wind turbines, hybrid wind turbine systems, hydraulic wind turbines, and large-scale energy storage. He has published extensively in these areas, including over 50 journal papers. Dr. Mu has held visiting scholar positions at the University of Wyoming and research centers in Japan. He is an associate editor for several international journals and has reviewed papers for conferences and journals like CVPR, MICCAI, IPMI, and IEEE Transactions on PAMI. He has received multiple awards from the Shaanxi Provincial Government for his scientific contributions. His research has also led to several patents related to wind turbine technologies. Dr. Mu is fluent in both Chinese and English.
