Abstract

This article is to introduce the procedure of untargetedultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS) downstream data processing and statistical analysis, developed and optimized in Singapore Phenome Centre (SPC). The procedure is illustrated by a pilot study on cognitive impairment.
