Summary

A case is described of a 49-year-old male with chronic constipation. The man hah had no bowel movement for 4 days and an obstruction as a cause for chronic constipation had been ruled out. All methods of laxatives including fleet enemas had been tried and eventually an enteroclysis was done. A nano gastric tube was inserted under vision directly into the small bowel / duodenum.
