Many studies reported that combines herbs used in the treatment of eczema which have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti-fungi effects without side effects.
Case presentation: A five-year-old Yemeni girl has been suffering from eczema on the hands for more than a year. Volunteer gave a written informed consent and the Ethics Committee of Yemen University, Faculty of medical Sciences approved the clinical protocol and have been performed in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Skin Chronic hand eczema is the utmost disabling dermatological complaint, affects hands with poor prognostic and leads to significant fiscal, social, and emotional costs for cases and society [1,2]. Annual frequency of habitual HE has been reported 10 to 14 [2,3]. Erythema, pustules, vesicles, cracks (crevices), pain, scaling, hyperkeratosis, as well as pruritus are typical clinical signs of eczema [4,5]. Atopic eczema also appertained to as atopic dermatitis or eczema one of these ruinous skin complaint affecting people of all the age groups and characterized by habitual seditious, pruritic, returning skin condition substantiated by the appearance of dry patches on skin that may turn red and itchy with the passage of time. Associated skin lesions also add to the symptoms of the disease, erupting as a result of commerce with the external terrain. The condition occurs as a result of interplay of inheritable factors, non-functioning of epidermal hedge, deregulated vulnerable system, environmental dysfunction and microbial dysbiosis [6]. It’s relatively frustrating due to the associated inflammation, abnormal sleep patterns and stressful intervals that further aggravate the condition [7]. Indeed however, there’s still no endless cure of the condition, yet an effective control can be achieved by avoiding the touched off events. Various natural remedies may help manage eczema, such as aloe vera gel, honey, and acupressure. Other natural remedies for eczema include colloidal oatmeal, coconut oil, and more [7].
The hypothesis of new formulation of Miral cream contain mixture of some natural herbal with different amounts for each one which was done by Prof. Dr. Hussien O. Kadi and Ismail Algabri (Patent). The present study suggested that natural product may effective as prophylactic and therapeutic agent in skin eczema, inflammation and bacterial infection (Figure 1).

Eczema is a habitual relapsing seditious skin complaint, characterized by intermittent eczematous lesions and severe skin itching. This seditious skin complaint tends to appear substantially in the first five times of age, therefore affecting nearly 30 of children and teenagers, in comparison to only 2-10 of grown-ups. still, it’s presently assumed that announcement may appear at any age [2]. Besides the internal impact on cases with adding probability of depression and self-murder, plus severe skin itching and pain, there are also numerous associated costs, including skin cleaning products, applicable clothes, creams, and ointments. Interestingly, the real pathogenic source of the complaint isn’t yet completely comprehended, but the main findings point to the commerce between three major mechanisms, that are skin structure blights, changes in the skin microbiome, and impairment of the vulnerable responses [3].
Natural products are the source of several, and largely heterogenous, motes similar as multiple phenolic ring-bearing composites similar as flavonoids, tannins, and catechins, nitrogen-containing motes similar as alkaloids, carotenoids, and polysaccharides, and small unpredictable motes similar as those set up in essential oil painting-bearing shops [2]. Interestingly, their anti-inflammatory parcels in the treatment of skin inflammationgrounded conditions have been depicted, similar as for vitiligo, psoriasis, and, more importantly, announcement [8,9]. Recent exploration suggest that these motes ply an antioxidant exertion, perfecting cells’ redox status, that in turn ameliorates the seditious response, by suppressing the exertion of crucial controllers in Mitogen-Actuated Protein Kinase (MAPK) and nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of actuated B cells (NF-κB) signaling pathways, which are crucial molecular seditious responses [8].
The present study suggests that Miral cream have antiinflammatory properties that affect various stages of the inflammatory process. They inhibit the production of cytokines and eicosanoids, prevent the cascade of inflammatory reactions from starting, and decrease skin burning, itching, and excessive exfoliation [10].
Many studies reported that Nimbidin, nimbolide, morgolon, tocopherols, unsaturated adipose acids, oleic acid, linoleic acid, rosmarinic acid, gamma linoleic acid are some of the prominent bones used to manage the skin infections, enjoying the excellent capability to heal the eczematous skin and the lesions associated with atopic eczema by maintaining the integrity of skin, retaining its hydration capacity and normal tone, balancing skin pH and supporting its microbial foliage [8]. They’ve been set up to cover the external layers of epidermis from pathogenic bacteria, fungi contagion and numerous further raiders as they do retain the effective penetration tendency and suitable to transude into the depth of stratum therefore furnishing complete relief in comparatively short duration with nearly minimum side goods9. Naturally occurring products have gained popularity in recent decades, especially due to their less adverse effects on human health [11]. Traditionally used to treat many conditions, including psoriasis, sunburn or radiation-related dermatitis, mucositis and oesophagitis [12]. The present case study shows excellent therapeutic response for Miral cream as skin anti-eczema and dermatitis two times which reflect the anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and anti-fungal effects.
The present case indicated that Miral cream very excellent effective in the treatment of skin eczema and dermatitis associated with bacterial, inflammation and fungal infections.
