Abstract
fEmulsions are widely used both for research and industrial purposes. Many products used in our daily life are based on emulsions, for this reason it is of great interest to determine the best conditions for stabilizing these systems. Perhaps the main factor to consider is the optimal selection of surfactants and cosurfactants to prevent the emulsion from coalescence, however, we must study the process of formation and stabilization of emulsions to gain more clarity regarding the different factors that can affect their stability.
