A 69 years-oldmanwithrightwristpainand functional limitations for 06 months. Finkelstein, TinelandPhalentestswerenegative. Importantedema in the wrist and hand at physical examination. Ultrasonography demonstrated pseudoaneurysm with thrombosis in the distal radial artery.
