Abstract

Keeping a balance between the evolving artificial intelligence applications and a stable legal framework is impossible in modern times. In this short paper, an interim report of ongoing research about this problematic issue is presented. The research is in accordance with the global efforts to legally embed AI services into society. The highlights of the main problem are briefly presented and ideas for its solution are given.
