Stomatology is the area of Dentistry responsible bye valuates diagnoses and treats the alterations from the stomatognatic system. The Stomatology includes the knowledge of stomatognatic system as jaw, periodontal, tooth, neuromuscular, salivary glands and oral mucosal. The stomatologistis dentist prepared to perform mouth biopsies and small oral surgeries for diagnosis of mouth lesions.
