Over the years, the natural environment has changed, becoming very complex, sensitive and pretentious. The humans are now responsible to "maintain" the natural environment (in fact the environment is sustaining us all) and this has forced the humans to evolve. Pollution caused by current and old technologies, pollution of all types, which is closely linked and generated by the existence of the humanity in its present form, is another terrible, very powerful, extremely destructive factor that should trigger to renounce at old things and ruins and to undergo ecological reconstruction for a superior valorification of the ruins that generate pollution today The natural environment is an essential part of any developmental process and encompasses the links and interdependencies between people and natural resources. As a result, changes in the environment are not only due to natural events, but also to the practical manifestation of developmental patterns, practices and lifestyles . Reciprocally, any change in the physical environment has important socio-economic consequences that influence the quality of life. The effects of environmental pollution, manifested by the emergence of serious health problems and ecological disturbance, recognized internationally at the Stockholm Conference, have led to a broad "environmental movement" in both developed and developing countries. This action included the active participation of both the public and private sectors. The main feature of this environmental movement was that it generated a new perspective for the evolution of attitudes and knowledge in this field. As part of a world-class evolutionary process, marked by the Rio and Johannesborg Conference, several key issues for structuring and orienting environmental management tools have been recognized .
Many of the effects of human activities on the environment have global and regional expansion while others are limited to specific geographic areas requiring practical solutions and measures at all levels. In the elaboration of economic strategies and policies of the governments, it is considered that environmental protection is a necessary component of the transformation of the economic system and the sustainable development of society. The relationship of reciprocity between a clean environment, sustainable development and a strong economy is increasingly highlighted. The supreme principle, which must be subordinated to the economic and social activity of a country, is the preservation of the health conditions of population . Most countries follow the international trend to develop environmental policies based on the polluter pays principle. We should think together about what each of us must do to treasure and protect the nature! Inayat Kahn said: "Motivation gives power and, at the same time, limits, because the power of the soul is greater than any motivation. Awareness of motivation is the one that stimulates, but it also drains you out of power". We should think about this, take an attitude and act. "When there is something important to be done, and everyone thinks it's someone else's job. Anyone could do it, but nobody did. Someone got angry because everyone was supposed to do it. Everyone believed that someone else could do it and someone would do it. Nobody realized that everyone thought someone else would do it. In the end, everyone blamed someone else when nobody did what anyone could do."
We are in the third millennium. We all feel the growing need to go out in nature, to enjoy its benefits, its wonders. We need its balance and beauty. Nature still awaits for us generous, but ... ! The human being is the only being who destroys its own living environment. Through its activities we destroyed the natural balance that has been maintained for millions of years. How can we live in harmony with nature? Let's join those who love nature, those who do not want to disturb anything that is alive on the Blue Planet! Let us inform to know the truth about pollution! It is very important that we all fight against pollution of our living environment. At this moment, there is so little investment to save life on Earth. Too often we forget to learn to live nicely! Nature protection can be defined as an action designed to defend and help a person under menace, something that is threatened either by external factors or by internal factors. Let us all be responsible in the nature conservation action! As we all can notice, if we read the press or listen to the radio-journals and watch the tele-journals of the radio and television stations, as we know, the state of the human species, the human civilization in history, and in the universe, is pitiful [4-6]. Normally, if we humans had a higher level of consciousness, we should be ashamed of this, the tragic, self-destructive state we find! Humanity, Human Civilization should be ashamed of the degrading state in which it finds itself, of misery, humiliation, poverty, despair in which most of humanity lives. The crisis caused by the lack of protection of today's environment, whether from developed countries or from poor countries, as well as the crisis of human civilization, is due to the negative consequences due to pollution that go beyond the positive endpoints.
