Abstract

Peyronie’s disease (PD) is characterized by fibrosis of tunica albuginea. Buckling trauma to the penis is implicated as the main etiological factor. The usual clinical presentation of the disease is penile curvature, and the two phases of the disease is well known. Even though most of the patients can be managed by the medical treatments, a group of patients with severe deformity will require surgery. Surgery is only to be made in stable phase of the disease.
